We have all had times when we forget our username or password for a website. It can be a frustrating situation! Follow these simple steps to see how to get back into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) if you have forgotten your password or username.  

Step 1: Go to the XBO login page here and click on the “Forgot Password” button.

Step 2: Enter your email or XID (Xyngular account number) and click the “Reset” button.

Step 3: You will receive an email with password reset instructions to the email address on file.
